What is Conflict of Interest?
Conflict of interest (COI) is when someone has two matters that are equally important to attend. The basic definition of conflict of interest is referred to a person with dual responsibilities. It can be with a person who has a job responsibility and a family business to do. Both his job and business wants his 100% time, effort and commitment, which is very difficult to do. So a person with a conflict of interest is unable to perform his task with perfection. This may also be in the case of two relationships that require equal commitment of a person. A COI occurs when while making a decision, your two interests compete directly with each other.
