What are Judicial Reforms?
Judicial Reforms is made up from two words; Judiciary and Reforms. Judiciary means the system of courts that applies on legal cases. Reforms are amendments on usually what is bad or unsatisfactory. Together these two words means the improvements on judicial system of a country. Judicial reforms often include codification of a law that was a common law before. It also includes moving to an adversary system and establishing strong judicial independence. These reforms are most widely discussed reforms in Pakistan for the last ten to twenty years.
